Q: How do I check the status of my order?

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Lookup page to get real-time updates on your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates on our Order Lookup page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q: How long does shipping take?

Our warehouses are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 2 to 6 weeks. For International orders, please allow up to 4 to 8 weeks.

Custom Designed and Printed items will take longer as they are only made when an order is received:

  • USA: 10-30 Days
  • International: 14-45 Days

Q: Duties, Taxes and Charges

Custom Duties, Tax and Charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.

Absolutely! If you find damages to the product when it is delivered to you, contact us immediately! We will do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

Q: What is your return policy?

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged and we will refund you. This excludes custom designed and printed items, which are not refundable or returnable unless the item(s) came damaged, the wrong designed or the wrong size was shipped. Please send us a photo of the said item and we will gladly send you a replacement.
*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense.

Q: I'm not sure what size shoe to order? How do they fit? Do you have half sizes, etc?

Our shoes run to true size and come in whole sizes (with the exception of the available size 7.5 for women). To determine the best size for you, we recommend that you measure your foot from heel to toe and then compare those measurements with the size chart on the product page.
